Overview
As a Consultant in SAP Procurement, you will be part of a team focused on securing our customers' success. Your role is to maximize the value our clients achieve from the adoption of SAP Procurement solutions.
Responsibilities
* Procurement solution consulting across the entire lifecycle of a project
* Reviews of customers' solutions and ad‐hoc engagements, including presales activities, developing customer solutions and estimates
* Developing a deep knowledge of SAP's innovations for Procurement, particularly S/4HANA and related Cloud extension solutions, and passionately articulating their value to our customers.
* Provision of strategic advice on solution architecture and adoption roadmaps
* Delivering profitable projects for SAP using the Activate methodology and leveraging accelerators such as our packaged services and best practices, as well as working with our offshore delivery centres.
Work Experience
* At least 7 years of SAP implementation experience in core SAP Procurement solutions
* Demonstrated experience providing strategic guidance to customers, performing reviews and working on sales opportunities
* Experience across a range of industries and countries
* Team lead or project management experience
* Experience working across multiple end‐to‐end projects
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
* Expert knowledge of core SAP Procurement modules, plus their integration to other SAP modules and products.
* Functional knowledge combined with expert business process knowledge and the ability to apply this to customers, including specific features of the Public Sector industry.
* Broad experience of S/4HANA Procurement and related components, including Fiori.
* Knowledge of procurement reporting tools and Business Data Cloud would be a plus.
* Process modelling experience.
* Knowledge of SAP BTP based procurement solution extensions and innovations.
* Experience with SAP Activate project methodology and accelerators, including best practices.
* Exceptional consulting skills, including the ability to work independently, manage priorities and communicate effectively at all levels of the customer organization.
