Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Gain hands‐on experience across payroll, HR operations, workplace relations, learning & development, recruitment, and workforce planning.
* Work with HR policies, training frameworks, and organisational change initiatives.
* Support end‐to‐end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee pay.
* Analyze HR data and report on key metrics.
* Assist in creating employment contracts and ensure compliance with EBAs.
* Provide generalist HR support in partnership with teams.
* Coach leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
* Support the Engagement Survey and help implement action plans.
* Manage performance reviews and workplace productivity initiatives.
* Play a key role in workplace relations and case resolutions.
About You
