We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Director
to join our team.

What You'll Do
* Develop new business opportunities by leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
* Secure key reference accounts in target industries.
* Drive land-and-expand strategies, from POC to large-scale deployments.
* Consistently meet and exceed enterprise quota targets.
* Represent Waterfall Security at industry conferences and events.
* Present and demonstrate Waterfall's products to potential customers.
* Implement both tactical and strategic go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in selling network security solutions.
* Strong advantage for a sale experience in cyber-OT / or OT
* 7+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within industrial sectors or the government sector.
* Strong advantage: Experience in ICS (Industrial Control Systems).
* Experience working within global teams.
* Ability to multitask effectively and manage complex sales cycles.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
* Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to align customer needs with Waterfall Security solutions.
* Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
