Bradys Civil Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking two motivated General Labourers to join our team for immediate project work in the Pilbara region. We specialize in high-quality civil and modular construction for the WA mining sector and are looking for reliable individuals to support our trade teams on projects located between Newman and Port Hedland.
The Role
This is a hands-on role supporting building installations, facility renovations, and remediation works. You will be working alongside our Carpenters and Formworkers to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
Duties Include
* Site Support: Assisting with the installation of modular buildings and large engineered structures.
* Manual Handling: Loading/unloading materials, site clean-up, and organization.
* Civil Works: Assisting with formwork, concreting, and general site remediation.
* Tool Operation: Safe use of basic hand and power tools under supervision.
* Safety: Maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Compensation & Roster
* Rate: $60.00 per hour
* Superannuation: 12% paid on all hours worked.
* Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off (Perth FIFO).
* Hours: 11.5-hour days.
* Allowances: $60/day meal allowance (if required to work outside of standard camp facilities).
* Perks: Flights, meals, and accommodation provided.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous FIFO or remote construction/civil experience is highly preferred.
* Qualifications: Valid White Card (Construction Induction) is mandatory.
* Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor for 11.5-hour shifts in remote conditions.
* Compliance: Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and regular Drug & Alcohol screening.
* Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to team safety.
* License: A valid Manual Driver's License is highly regarded.
