You will drive growth by expanding Scope’s market presence, building referral partnerships, and attracting new business. Your role involves listening to clients, their support networks, and our staff to enhance client experiences and empower them to thrive.Your key responsibilities include:Collaborating to improve client journeys and experiences.Co-designing solutions to enhance client acquisition processes, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability.Building business development capabilities across Scope.You will operate flexibly and collaboratively, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and challenging how Scope expands its client pipelines based on evidence and best practices.Your main focus areas:Engaging with clients and support networks to inform growth strategies.Managing others to deliver client acquisition and retention services, ensuring compliance and quality.Analyzing the environment to identify opportunities for business expansion.Integrating client quality and safeguarding into acquisition and retention strategies.What We Look ForA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (advantageous).Experience in sales, marketing, research, and analysis to generate business opportunities.Ability to collaborate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.Experience in the disability services sector or ability to adapt quickly.Experience in not-for-profit organizations or capacity to adapt to such environments.Applications close on Friday 9 May 2025, but we review applications as they come in and may interview candidates prior to the deadline.
