Conduct technical operations and provide critical support to government clients.
Responsibilities:
* Effectively communicate with government clients to organize activities and plan projects.
* Develop and deliver projects that meet client expectations and needs.
* Monitor customer servers to prevent technical problems and perform corrective actions.
* Prepare periodic maintenance reports and present findings.
* Understand customer needs for system evolution and propose new features for implementation.
* Create documentation and communicate effectively with customers and headquarters in France.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in Customer Support.
* Strong networking skills.
* Expertise in MS Windows Servers.
* Oracle Database, SQL proficiency.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with change management principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* French language skills are an asset.
