With rapid growth and a reputation for innovation, they're seeking a Head of Technology to lead their software, IT, infrastructure, and information security teams.
This role is ideal for a seasoned technology leader who thrives on driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and integrating AI-driven efficiencies into commercial operations. You'll work closely with executive leadership to shape and deliver the company's technology vision.

What do you do?
* Lead and oversee software development, IT, infrastructure, and information security functions
* Deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives
* Drive adoption of AI and business automation initiatives
* Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
* Oversee onboarding processes for internal teams and external clients
* Maintain compliance with data privacy, regulatory, and security standards
* Manage system performance, budgets, and vendor relationships
* Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple teams
* Lead root cause analysis and escalation for critical incidents
What do you need?
* Proven leadership across multiple technology domains
* Strong background in software development management and delivery
* Experience implementing AI and business automation initiatives
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
* Ability to operate with agility and deliver under tight deadlines
* Melbourne-based or willing to relocate
