Your Role in Shaping Quality and Impact
As the Continuous Quality Improvement and Funding Contract Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving quality improvement initiatives and overseeing our funding contracts. Who You Are: A Passionate Change Agent
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to quality improvement and has a strong background in contract management. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we want to hear from you
* Tertiary qualification or significant experience in managing Quality Management Systems.
* Proven experience in quality improvement initiatives and grant writing.
* Exceptional communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with stakeholders.
* Ability to train and mentor staff at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
* A current C class WA driver's licence and relevant clearances (National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, First Aid).
