Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live life their way.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, assisting with personal care and daily living skills, planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development, and completing daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.
Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports
Requirements
* Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
* A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
* Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
* Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
