5 bedroom/3 bath $58-$68
6 bedroom/4 bath $63-$73
Bond Cleaning Rates:
Type of Job Rate per Hour
1 bedroom/1 bath $80-$90
2 bedroom/2 bath $90-$100
3 bedroom/2 bath $100-$110
4 bedroom/3 bath $110-$120
5 bedroom/3 bath $120-$130
6 bedroom/4 bath $130-$140
Requirements:
* ABN registration or willingness to apply
* Own vehicle, cleaning equipment and supplies
* Professional house cleaning experience (private clients or agency)
* Sufficient English skills to understand job requirements
