Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality or customer service, who has experience working in a reception, concierge or administration role.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to enquiries and requests, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities through different IT platforms.
* Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions to resident and guest needs.
* Respond to resident and guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist with operational activities such as delivering resident packages and room service meals.
* Drive Resort Vehicle during some shifts (Class C).
* Set up and pack down of resident activities.
* Support the restaurant team when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be extremely well presented and reliable, and have a passionate and customer-focused approach with a can-do and proactive attitude.
