We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our medical team.
This role will provide essential support with administrative duties while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure clinical areas are adequately stocked, replenishing stock before depletion.
* Clean and sterilise instruments as required, maintaining them for optimal use.
* Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
* Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for patients.
* Offer administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant or Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting.
* Flexibility with availability is essential.
* Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Working With Children Check Clearance.
* Evidence of routine immunization serology.
* Eligible to work in Australia.
