Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project deliverables, overseeing operations, and coordinating with stakeholders.
* Develop and manage construction programs to ensure timely delivery of projects
* Regularly review and manage cost forecasts and controls for allocated projects
* Provide project progress reports and conduct weekly meetings with the team
* Liaise closely with clients to ensure projects run according to program
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage construction programs to achieve desired outcomes
* Develop and implement cost management strategies to control expenses
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) requirements
* Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction management
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles
* Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* A high level of commercial acumen and attention to detail
Qualifications:
* Construction White Card
* Tertiary qualification in Construction or Project Management
