About the Role
Based on Phillip Island and reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll lead the day-to-day performance of A Maze'N Things across a busy, 7-day operation, with approximately 70 staff and multiple departments.
You will lead Department Heads across:
* Café / Food & Beverage
* Retail
* Guest Services
* Attractions
* Maintenance
You'll work closely with the Head of Operations through regular performance check-ins, reporting and improvement conversations. While Park Lane has a Head Office with specialist teams across finance, marketing, payroll and safety, this role requires a leader who can confidently take ownership on site, leveraging available expertise where needed while remaining accountable for implementation, standards and results.

What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily operations across the attraction, ensuring the park runs smoothly and safely every day
* Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders to build a strong, stable and high-performing team
* Take ownership of rostering and staffing, ensuring the business is well resourced across peak periods and year-round trade
* Drive revenue growth and performance through strong commercial decision-making and guest experience initiatives
* Maintain high standards across attraction presentation, service delivery, safety and compliance
* Strengthen and embed consistent systems, policies and operational processes across the business
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and the guest experience
* Report regularly to senior leadership and contribute to planning, growth and improvement discussions
* Be a visible and hands-on leader. Present in the operation, supporting the team and ensuring standards are upheld

* Strong commercial capability with experience managing budgets, staffing performance and revenue outcomes
