The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator and a Contracts Administrator.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
* Mentor and coach Commercial Team
* Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes
* Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management
* Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s
* Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract
* Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
About you:
* 10+ years' experience within a main contractor environment
* Proven experience working in a similar project-based contract and financial administration on other major building developments.
* Additionally, you will be proficient across contract management and have the ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues
* You will be self-motivated, resilient and enjoy working in a close team environment.
