Overview
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Steelforce Express Yatala branch. This is a varied role that combines customer service and warehouse support.
Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact between customers, sales and operations, helping deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
* Process payments and support sale day activities.
Qualifications
