About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator / Tradesperson to join the team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys seeing projects through from fabrication to installation. You will work on a diverse range of custom metalwork projects, contributing to high-end finishes across commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out sheet metal fabrication and on-site installation
* Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding
* Polish and finish metalwork to a high standard
* Read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Work both independently and collaboratively within the team
* Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
* Maintain a strong focus on quality and precision
Skills and Experience
* Qualified Sheet Metal Tradesperson (1st or 2nd class) preferred
* Experience in commercial kitchen or bar fit-outs highly regarded
* Strong TIG welding experience (stainless steel and aluminium)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of work
* White Card (WHS General Construction Induction)
* Current driver's licence
* Own hand tools
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
