What Will You Do?
As a Growth Marketing Manager (CRO & Ecommerce Optimization) at Happy Mammoth, you will own on-site commercial performance across all stores and Amazon marketplace. You protect and grow revenue per visitor while boosting conversion rates through targeted optimizations. You will lead funnel and page development systems, defining structured A/B testing and driving rapid deployment cycles. Additionally, you will direct product launches and campaigns, coordinating with design, development, and media teams for measurable impact.
