We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager (or a strong Clinical Care Manager ready to step up) to lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary aged care team in Ballarat, Victoria.

About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care management (or a strong Clinical Care Manager ready to step into a Facility Manager role)
* Experience within a medium to large-sized residential aged care setting
* Strong clinical background with a hands-on leadership style
* Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and maintain compliance standards
* Proven success in building positive team culture and staff engagement
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Flexible and adaptable approach to operational requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
* Current National Police Check and NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
