Job Description
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality visual merchandising execution across all stores. Working closely with the VM team, you will support the development, communication and implementation of VM strategies that bring the Early Settler brand to life in-store. This is a dynamic role combining creative direction, coordination, communication and hands‐on execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver VM directives accurately and on time across all stores
* Maintain and update planograms, guidelines and VM standards
* Support in‐store setups and floor changeovers where required
* Ensure consistent and high‐quality VM execution across locations
* Communicate VM standards, updates and expectations to stores
* Provide updates on product, campaigns and VM changes
* Develop engaging VM communication tools (presentations/video)
* Build alignment between VM and retail teams
* Manage the VM calendar and campaign timelines
* Coordinate VM assets for seamless store executionPrepare stores for upcoming campaigns and seasonal changes
* Support in‐store styling and visual presentation direction
* Maintain high visual standards across all stores
* Deliver consistent brand execution and seasonal storytelling
* Partner with Marketing, Creative and Retail teams
* Support campaign setups and in‐store activations
* Contribute to VM training and capability development
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who is organised, creative and thrives in a fast‐paced retail environment. Ideally, you will bring:
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* High attention to detail with a hands‐on approach
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A passion for visual merchandising and retail presentation
* Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and VM tools (SketchUp advantageous)
* Ability to translate creative direction into clear execution
* A proactive and collaborative team player
* Someone who enjoys both creative and operational work
* A problem‐solver who takes ownership and drives outcomes
* Willingness to travel and support stores nationally
* Flexibility during campaign rollouts and seasonal peaks
* Applicants must be an AU citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in Australia and therefore hold a valid visa
