About the role
As a Resourcing Consultant, you'll be responsible for connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities. From proactive sourcing to final placement, you'll take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and build strong partnerships along the way. Key responsibilities
* Deliver end‐to‐end recruitment solutions across a diverse client portfolio
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and candidates
* Proactively identify resourcing needs and emerging opportunities
* Manage multiple priorities while maintaining pace and attention to detail
Skills and experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or resourcing
* Natural drive, resilience, and a strong delivery mindset
* Clear, confident communication and strong organisational skills
* Ability to balance competing tasks in a fast‐paced environment
