They will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a strategic mindset to translate growth goals into actionable plans.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Develop and implement a national growth strategy to drive new business acquisition and market expansion
* - Build and manage a high-value pipeline of opportunities through targeted campaigns, referrals, and networking
* - Lead and mentor a results-driven BD and marketing team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives
* - Oversee high-quality proposal and marketing material development to support new business wins
* - Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Bid Services) to ensure service alignment with client needs
* - Build relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients and partners, and engage regularly with the Board
What We're Looking For:
