You will drive the strategic distribution of general insurance products through banking partners, enhancing market presence and expanding customer base.
Strategic Partnership Development: Develop partnerships with banking institutions to distribute general insurance products.
Craft strategies that align with broader market expansion goals.
Negotiation and Agreement Management: Lead complex negotiations with banking partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Obligation management: Own all contractual obligations with banking partners.
Relationship Management: Drive shared goals, resolve issues and enhance distribution effectiveness.
Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of insurance products within banking channels.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish metrics and monitor the performance of distribution initiatives.
Market Analysis and Strategy Refinement: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to innovate and tailor insurance offerings.
About You
10+ years financial services / general insurance industry experience.
Demonstrated ability to grow complex account portfolios.
Experience in developing sales teams.
Good technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and associated legislation.
Adept at proactively building professional relationships and networks.
Ability to identify business risk and assess impact.
Experience with leveraging emerging technologies.
