About The Role
We are look for an enthusiastic candidates passionate and knowledgeable about camping and hiking as well as avid angler's who love getting out on the water. This is a casual position with flexible hours however there is potential for this role to evolve into a permanent part time position.
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
* Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
* Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
* Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
* Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
* Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
* Supporting in different departments across the store
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products
* Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
* Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
