Supplier Capability Professional
Our team is seeking a Supplier Capability Professional to join our dynamic and innovative supplier engagement team.
This role will play a critical part in delivering continued improvement to enhance the engagement with our supplier network, making us the most preferred retailer to partner with.
You will be a key conduit between Woolworths Suppliers and Supermarket Commercial team, reporting to the Supplier Capability Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

* Continual development & delivery of tools (products) and processes that help grow Woolworths and our diverse range of supplier capability
">
* Informing our Supplier interactions to increase the volume of high-quality, effective Joint Category (Trade) Plans by leveraging our category data and customer insights
">
* Supporting day-to-day operations, development, training, embedding, and quality management of the Supplier Connect Product portfolio and Joint Category (Trade) Planning processes
">
* Engaging stakeholders across the organization, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and contribute to prioritization of process and tool development and delivery of the Supplier Capability work plan.

About You
">
As a highly analytical individual, you bring 1-2 years of experience as an analyst with a developed ability to turn information into actionable insights.
You possess a good understanding of the retail industry and supplier/retailer processes.
Key Skills:

* Clear analytical thinking, experienced breaking information into component parts, patterns, and relationships
">
* Ability to present information in a clear and structured way tailored to the audience
">
* Success in engaging and influencing through relationships at all levels within a complex corporate environment
">
* Advanced Excel, Google Suite, PowerPoint
">
* Experience using agency tools for analysis e.g. Quantium, Nielsen
">
* Strong Communication skills
