The Role
Based in the Gold Coast and reporting to the Gold Coast Branch Manager, you will lead a high-performing service team, ensuring safe, efficient delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities across your portfolio.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
* Lead and provide technical support to a team of Mechanical Service Technicians
* Achieves revenue, GM$ and EBIT budget associated with Branch
* Assist in the coaching and developing of staff
* Identify potential opportunities & trends for improvement and growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer’s satisfaction
About you
1. Trade qualified with supervisor-level experience (essential)
