An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **HR Administrator**to join the Brandbank Group's dynamic People & Culture team. This role is the first point of contact for HR administrative support across our business, providing essential day-to-day assistance to both our Support Office and Retail Store teams.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of HR generalist admin tasks including onboarding, contract preparation, data management, and recruitment support, while ensuring clear and timely communication between our departments and stores.

**THE ROLE**:

- Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintain and update employee records across HR systems and trackers
- Manage the central HR inbox and respond to internal queries
- Maintain and update the HR calendar with key cyclical activity
- Manage employee benefits including EAP access and staff discount allocation
- Distribute, collect and escalate exit surveys as needed
- Support parental leave administration and communication
- Provide reception coverage as required, including answering calls and greeting guests
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment administration
- Assist with reporting requirements including casual utilisation, visa tracking and LMS completions
- Contribute to project coordination and ensure deadlines are met alongside BAU tasks
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
- Previous experience in HR, office administration or a similar support role
- Exposure to Retail Awards, Fair Work Act and general HR legislation
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
- A proactive mindset and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
