Sales Representative – Construction Equipment & Temporary Works Solutions

The Role
As the Sales Representative for the Northern Sydney territory, you will manage a well-established customer base while driving new business across builders, contractors, and project managers. This is a highly visible role that blends on-site engagement with commercial sales activity, giving you the autonomy to grow your patch and the backing of a supportive operations team.
Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with builders, civil contractors, project managers, and site teams
• Identify new opportunities across residential, commercial, and civil construction
• Promote a range of hire solutions including shoring, propping, lifting, safety systems, and site equipment
• Conduct site visits, pre-start discussions, and equipment demonstrations
• Prepare quotes, follow up proposals, and convert opportunities into long-term accounts
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to deliver safe, timely, and compliant solutions
• Maintain territory pipeline reporting and achieve growth targets
About You
• Sales experience in construction, industrial hire, temporary works, or related technical products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently on-site
• Ability to understand technical solutions and explain benefits clearly
• Self-driven, organised, and motivated to build a strong territory
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across fast-paced projects
• Current driver's licence
