We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our dedicated team at Altus Rooftop Lounge & Bar, Level 12 of the Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery. This luxurious venue offers an exclusive experience with local flair in its menus and chic interiors.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of cocktail making, creativity, and the ability to innovate new mixed drinks. You will be well-versed in the bar industry, with excellent communication skills to create genuine connections with our guests.
Duties
* Create innovative and original cocktails using high-end ingredients and techniques.
* Stay up-to-date with global cocktail trends and innovations.
