What you'll actually be doing
This is a hands‐on, skilled role, not production line work.
You'll be involved in:
* Fabricating and machining components to engineering drawings
* Operating workshop machinery (lathe, mill, general fabrication equipment)
* Structural and pipe fabrication (experience dependent)
* Maintaining high safety and quality standards
* Contributing ideas to improve how we do things
Who we're looking for
We're open‐minded — if you have the right attitude and skills, we want to talk.
* Certificate III in Mechanical Fabrication
* Ability to fabricate from engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Highly regarded (and rewarded)
* Machining experience (lathe, mill)
* Pressure welding tickets (additional pay available)
* Forklift licence (not essential)
