Payroll Officer
We are seeking a detail‐oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to support our growing national team. This full‐time, office‐based role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive team while delivering exceptional payroll services to over 2,000 employees across Australia.
What you'll do
* Process end‐to‐end payroll across multiple sites
* Handle onboarding, offboarding, and ETPs
* Calculate salary increases, back pays, and leave accruals
* Respond to payroll queries (Workday, email, phone)
* Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
* Assist with reconciliations, payments, and reporting
Qualifications
* 1–2 years' experience in a similar payroll role
* Knowledge of payroll legislation
* High level of attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
