Responsibilities
* Operational leadership, collaborating with academic and professional teams to enhance research and teaching excellence.
* Apply strategic initiatives and operational management, ensuring growth and success in research and teaching.

Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in strategic management within a complex organisation, with strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills to drive growth and success in research and teaching.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
* Skills in research administration, financial management, and business management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‐solving abilities.
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Adaptability and openness to new challenges, with proficiency in standard software and financial systems.
