Job Description
How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:
Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans
Designing intervention programs using occupation-based approaches to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
Identifying barriers and supporting clients to achieve maximum work participation
Understanding healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to empower clients in their wellness and recovery goals
Liaising with clients, families, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders for successful outcomes
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role:
Australian recognized degree qualification in Physiotherapy and full accreditation
Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in wellness and work journeys
High level of customer service commitment
Willingness to work in the community (must have driver's license and access to own vehicle)
Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
