Position Summary
Our Multi-Property Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) will support the Human Resources Team, covering Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch, Four Points by Sheraton Perth, The Westin, Perth and Aloft Perth. This role is a strong Human Resources operational role and is ideal for someone who has experience in Human Resource within hospitality. Salary: $70,000 to $77,000 annually based on candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end recruitment for all properties, from workforce planning to onboarding
* Champion sourcing strategies that build proactive talent pools for high-volume and critical roles
* Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team
* Coordinate HR activities across properties
* Assist with recruitment, contract preparation and onboarding staff
* Liaise with other departments to deliver service excellence for each customer experience
* Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team
* Support the team with TakeCare (Workplace Culture) events and activities
* Be the first point of contact in the Human Resources office for general enquiries
About You
* Proven experience in talent acquisition
* Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, referrals)
* Self‐motivated, driven and energized in a fast‐paced environment
* Armed with smart solutions and a can‐do attitude
* Proficient in ATS/HRIS systems
* Meticulous attention to detail with administrative tasks
* Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media applications and software packages
