• Build and improve digital products that scale to millions of users.

• Full‐stack development experience in languages such as Kotlin, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular, Node.js) or Go or Python.
• Experience with relational and non‐relational databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerised infrastructure (Kubernetes).
• Embraces XP practices and is open to learning and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
• Strong product mindset with experience collaborating closely with cross‐functional product teams and focusing on the end‐to‐end customer journey.

• Experience or exposure to Retrieval‐Augmented Generation (RAG) applications/frameworks and a basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.

• NSW resident or in the process of relocating to NSW.
