What you'll do
- Build and improve digital products that scale to millions of users.
- Apply modern engineering practices such as test‐driven development, pair programming, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Use systems‐thinking to design technical solutions for large or complex ecosystems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and engineering community events.
- Continue learning through hackathons, knowledge‐sharing sessions and our onboarding academy.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and designers.

Qualifications
- Full‐stack development experience in languages such as Kotlin, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular, Node.js) or Go or Python.
- Experience with relational and non‐relational databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerised infrastructure (Kubernetes).
- Embraces XP practices and is open to learning and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
- Strong product mindset with experience collaborating closely with cross‐functional product teams and focusing on the end‐to‐end customer journey.
Nice to have
- Experience or exposure to Retrieval‐Augmented Generation (RAG) applications/frameworks and a basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.

- NSW resident or in the process of relocating to NSW.
