Responsibilities

* Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, enhancing our guests' dining experience.
* Maintain open communication channels with the management team, providing regular updates on kitchen operations and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a similar environment.
* Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals.
* Proficient in kitchen management software and inventory control systems.
