Bluefin is partnering with a major Queensland organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager to support delivery across business-critical enterprise systems.
This role will lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives, including ERP/SAP upgrades and enterprise-wide platform implementations, working within a internal team and across multiple vendors. The focus is on structured delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and ensuring critical systems are delivered safely, on time, and to scope.
This is a 12-month Brisbane-based day rate contract with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise system projects, including upgrades, migrations, and vendor-delivered platforms.
• Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committees, workshops, and regular status reporting.
• Ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
Your Experience:
• Proven experience delivering ERP or enterprise platform projects.
• Exposure to SAP programs highly regarded but not essential.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Experience working with third-party vendors in complex delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Highly organised, structured, and delivery-focused approach to project management.
