About the role
This is not a pure admin role, you will sit at the intersection of technical, commercial, and project delivery.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, to specification, and within budget, while working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing projects from tender/quote through to delivery and acceptance
* Acting as the key interface between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Coordinating documentation, data dossiers, and compliance requirements
* Supporting technical queries and product specifications
* Managing vendor relationships, expediting, and negotiations
* Tracking project milestones, resolving issues, and ensuring SLA compliance
What we're looking for
* 5+ years experience in project coordination, contracts, or internal sales
* Exposure to PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), valves, or engineered mechanical products
* Experience working with oil & gas, mining, or industrial projects
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle and documentation requirements
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) highly regarded
