Franchise Development Manager

Jungle Lab is one of Australia's fastest-growing acai and juice brands, with multiple locations across Melbourne and strong national expansion plans. We are now seeking an experienced and commercially driven Franchise Development Manager to lead the next phase of growth.
This role is responsible for driving franchise sales, building long-term relationships with prospective partners, and expanding the Jungle Lab footprint through both structured lead management and personal networks.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with franchise prospects and present the Jungle Lab opportunity, including financial models, site performance, and growth potential
Convert qualified leads into franchise partners through a professional, structured sales process
Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise opportunities
Actively leverage personal and professional networks to generate new franchise leads
Represent the Jungle Lab brand in the community and at business events
Work closely with senior management to align franchise growth strategy with brand objectives
Guide prospects from initial enquiry through to contract execution
Maintain accurate records of all franchise discussions, negotiations, and outcomes
About You
Proven experience in franchise development, business development, or high-value sales
Demonstrated experience working with corporate organisations and enterprise-level clients
Strong financial and commercial understanding with the ability to clearly explain business numbers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused
Strong personal and professional network
Passion for growth, entrepreneurship, and brand building
