About the Role
This individual will oversee guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, processing nightly audits and generating reports to ensure accurate financial records. Additionally, they will assist in monitoring building security to guarantee guest safety and aid the day team in operations to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

* Hotel experience in a similar role.
* Technical proficiency with property management systems like Protel.
* Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings across a 7-day roster.
