Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing a variety of marketing tasks across both print and digital mediums. You will follow through on all jobs with a relentless focus on delivering high-quality work – fast! Organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial, as is the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with external suppliers.
You’ll be responsible for managing all stages of the marketing asset creation process, from writing clear briefs to coordinating timelines and ensuring assets meet Gallery Group’s high standards.
Key Duties:
Project Management:
Write briefs for designers, videographers, and developers, ensuring all assets align with the Gallery Group brand while pushing creative boundaries.
Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
Communicate with the wider marketing and sales teams about project progress and timelines.
Manage collateral for the acquisitions team, including landing pages, brochures, videography, and fact sheets.
Acquisitions Pitch Deck:
Manage the creation of landing pages, brochures, and video assets.
Ensure timely delivery of assets to meet tight deadlines.
Possess strong property knowledge to effectively communicate with teams (tech, sales, construction).
Funds Management Projects:
Create and manage digital assets for Funds Management launches, including landing pages, video content, and updated brochures.
Work closely with legal and design teams to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
Development Project Management:
Coordinate the creation and delivery of project marketing materials, such as brochures, landing pages, videos, and site maps.
Ensure all materials are completed prior to the go-live date, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
Handover final materials to the Business Development (BDM) and Digital Marketing teams.
Property Management:
Update collateral for property management campaigns.
Manage REA Listing updates and ad hoc requests as required.
Desired Experience & Skills:
Property Experience (Highly advantageous)
Design Skills (Adobe, InDesign experience preferred)
Webflow Experience (Desirable)
Salesforce Experience (A plus)
Copywriting Ability (Preferred)
Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain speed and efficiency.
Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
