Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Success Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute client-centric digital marketing strategies.

About the Role: As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing Salesforce opportunity creation, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with the sales team to build data-led digital marketing strategies

2. Use data sets and internal/external tools to create insights that drive strategy and execution
\
3. Develop presentations and proposals to support the sales team in winning new client business
\
4. Provide administrative support to the sales team to enable them to achieve their targets
\
5. Manage Salesforce opportunity creation and assist the Sales Managers with pipeline management
\
6. Put together detailed post-campaign reports for clients and specified campaigns to demonstrate ROI
\
7. Conduct daily reviews of contract clients to ensure their ads fall within their contracted parameters
\
8. Better manage workflow to allow more time for strategic planning with sales teams
\
9. Monitor trends to anticipate and capitalize on future opportunities for clients
\
10. Expand offerings for existing customers by introducing relevant value-added services
\
11. Foster knowledge-sharing across departments to identify best practices
\
12. Oversee regular check-ins to gauge customer satisfaction
\
13. Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue growth objectives
\
14. Create clear concise accurate campaign pitch decks, compelling enough to attract multiple opportunities per month
\
15. Analyze results of key activities such as go-to-market strategies to reach maximum efficiency and potential
\
16. Analyzing both individual and overall performance metrics, then identifying ways to improve via agile process improvements
\
17. We can only succeed with your technical skills and collaborative mindset: information about systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, would be great, but willingness to learn at speed is what matters most
\
18. Supplying all necessary setup materials before deploying your own campaigns & taking over from another successful colleague
\
19. Keep very high levels of cleanliness, organization, attentiveness, positivity, productivity and pride throughout this busy working environment

20. Maintain database accuracy with minimal errors
\
21. Expand product offering through creative research and projects with current staff members to help acquire revenue goals faster
\
22. You'll need to map these channels' best strategies based upon the performance they've shown us historically
