SU Tunnel & Civil Services is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our construction team in Bolinda, Victoria.
This full-time position offers an immediate start reporting directly to our CPA qualified Finance Manager, a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
Support financial reporting and assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records
Assist with tax and compliance obligations including BAS and statutory requirements.
Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the finance team
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a similar role (construction industry experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills.
