As a key connector between line managers and our People Services Team, you will ensure our workforce is supported with sound advice and strong HR practices that reflect our values and comply with evolving legislation.
Your Responsibilities
* Interpreting legislation, regulations, Awards, and Industrial Agreements to provide high-quality HR advice
* Developing trusted business relationships at all levels to gain support and influence outcomes
