We are a leading Accounting firm located in Mandurah and looking for an enthusiastic experienced administration assistant / receptionist to join our friendly team.
This is a full time position. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
We are looking for someone with high potential to learn and grow, with a clear career path from this role to a senior position. You will provide vital support to our office manager, ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions.
The successful candidate must be experienced, and possess the following attributes and skills:
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
* Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Excellent telephone manner, communication and customer service skills
* Work well under pressure
* Ability to prioritize workload and be organised
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Prior experience in an accounting practice is a plus, although not essential
