A well-established and highly regarded real estate office in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a motivated Property Officer to join their growing Property Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a Senior Property Manager who is transitioning into a Team Leader role, with hands-on training, clear structure and strong career development on offer.

The Role
* Supporting a Senior Property Manager with a residential portfolio
* Conducting routine, ingoing and first inspections
* Assisting with arrears management, lease renewals and rent increases
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Preparing lease agreements and bond lodgements
* Assisting with onboarding new managements and handovers
* Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants and internal team members
* Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required (with notice)
The Ideal Candidate
* Motivated, driven and eager to build a long-term career in property management
* Passionate about the real estate industry
* Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, proactive and a team player
Requirements
* Certificate of Registration
* Car and driver's licence
