About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Chatswood Chase. As the face of the recently refurbished boutique, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, mentoring and developing your team and driving commercial success through effective leadership.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, brings energy and inspiration to their team and has a deep love for fashion and styling. You'll have the autonomy to shape the store's success while being supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking head office team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
* Drive store performance through effective planning, merchandising and operational excellence

About You
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in fashion retail
* Strong people leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and team development
* Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales metrics
* Operationally sound – confident in stock control, rostering and managing store processes
* Fashion-forward, confident in styling and a natural at connecting with customers
* Professional, adaptable and driven by results
