 
        
        Job Title: Aboriginal Health Practitioner
Lead Technical Expertise for Aboriginal Workforce:
You will co-lead a workforce technical expertise group to provide advice on capacity building, community engagement and mobilisation.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and options for workforce development.
 * Contribute to the design and implementation of effective strategies for engaging and mobilising communities.
This role may be based in Alice Springs or Darwin, depending on negotiation with the successful applicant.
The remuneration package includes a salary range of $123,860 - $132,040.
Key Requirements:
Successful applicants will have a strong understanding of the health needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, as well as experience in developing and implementing workforce strategies.
They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
 * Essential Skills and Qualifications:
 * Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as public health or Indigenous health.
 * Proven experience in workforce development and community engagement.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
