Customer Support Consultant | Financial Assistance
Are you a compassionate, service-driven professional looking to make a real impact in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join one of Australia's leading financial institutions and support customers through challenging times.
• Commencing in mid-late 2025
• Full-time position | Rostered Mon–Sat between 8am–8pm
• Comprehensive training and ongoing development
• Southern Adelaide location | Onsite parking and public transport access
YOU | You're a natural problem solver and a clear, empathetic communicator who takes pride in helping others. You bring a calm, supportive presence to every customer interaction, backed by your resilience and attention to detail. You may have experience supporting clients during difficult circumstances—such as processing insurance claims, managing recoveries, or assisting with financial matters—and are confident navigating sensitive conversations with care. Your background may include:
• Customer support experience in insurance, financial services, or recovery-related roles
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to connect with people
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism when handling complex or emotional situations
• Multitasking and managing high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfort working across multiple computer systems and digital platforms
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving systems, processes, and customer needs
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely outcomes
THE ROLE | You'll work closely with individuals seeking financial support, guiding them through available options and helping them feel understood and empowered.
