We're currently seeking a caring and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access and domestic support in Ipswich.
This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, enjoys building rapport, and is passionate about supporting independence and wellbeing.
About the Role You'll be supporting an individual to maintain independence at home and stay connected within the community. Some shifts will include attending appointments and activities, along with light domestic assistance.
Shifts Available
* Monday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
* Tuesday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
* Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
* Thursday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Key Responsibilities

About You
* Experience supporting mental health needs (highly valued)

Pay Rates – SCHADS Award B2.1 (Casual, before tax)
* Base hourly rate: $43.23
* Afternoon shift: $47.55
* Active Night shift: $48.41
* Saturday: $60.52
* Sunday: $77.81
* Public holiday: $95.10
